Report Cards
ALL families need to have an open and active https://mystudent.nyc (NYCSA) account to see the report card. This account can be created with an individual creation code and your child’s OSIS number. A Welcome Letter was sent to every child with information on how to open this account. If you have not received this letter, please e-mail Ms. Miriam Sosa at msosa23@schools.nyc.gov Please provide your complete name, student complete name and a telephone number where she can contact you. Thank you.
Emergency Contact Card
It is extremely important that P.S.110Q has the current, correct information for contacting parents, guardians or persons in parental relations, at all times – especially during the school day. It is the responsibility of Parent/Guardian to see that the Blue Emergency Contact Card, which is kept on file in the main office, is completely filled out and to date. Notify the school in writing of any changes so that we can update official Department of Education forms and databases.
